Dry Eye
Even without knowing the term "dry eye" or "Dry Eye Syndrome", if you suffer from it, then you are all too familiar with the soreness, discomfort, and even the constant misery that can come with dry eyes.
10-percent of the United States population suffers from dry eye, but with proper attention, this condition can be cured. Schedule an appointment to be evaluated by Dr. Burgwald.
Orthokeratology
With Orthokeratology, contact lenses temporarily reshape the the front surface of the eye to correct mild and moderate amounts of nearsightedness and astigmatism.
Ortho-K lenses are a safer alternative to LASIK surgery. These lenses correct vision overnight, offering clear daytime vision without any need to wear glasses or contacts.
Eye Emergencies
Dr. Burgwald will treat eye emergencies, such as pink or red eyes and foreign bodies in the eye in office. Walk-in appointment are available.
Management of Ocular Diseases

Eye exam frequency depends on factors like diabetes and glaucoma. Generally, once ever year is recommended.
Do you offer eye glass frames?
Yes, we do. Our staff is excellent and will help you find the best fit for your specific needs. We are committed to helping you select the right frame for your face and the right lenses so you will see the clearest. We will help you find the look, fit and functionality you want from your eyewear.
Do you do Ortho K fittings on site?

"Dr. Sanders has been WONDERFUL with helping us address our concerns with our daughter’s vision. Our daughter happened to wake up one morning with her left eye completely rolled in toward her nose with no other previous vision concerns. We’ve seen both optometrists and ophthalmologists regarding her condition and have received the recommendations of glasses, eye patches, and surgery. The thought of surgery on our daughter’s eye to correct her alignment was very unsettling to us, so we began our research!
